Mid-Feb

I've been procrastinating more than usual this week, and its only 11:45 on Monday morning here in Minneapolis.

In mid-October while perusing a local Goodwill for fabrics to repurpose for the impending Halloween, I came across a wonderful old desk/vanity. My estimation of age would put it at around the retro '70s, as the drawer pulls are awful. However, I invested a small sum that I really shouldn't have spent, and proceeded to store it at my boyfriends house. Until now.

It's been a pretty bleak week at the U, classes have only just started and I'm already getting tired of them! It's been sunnier and melting the snow on the sidewalks which is nice, but I did slip and fall (thankfully not on my butt) today, for the first time all winter. I also wanted to say that I'm trying to get my Etsy shop up and running again...that is, start crafting again. I knit myself a really soft, warm, squishy cowl that I've been wearing non stop, and I hope to make a few soon to list on the site. Here's the link! ETSY
